The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.208/2021 registered at Police Station Kotwali, Distt. Jhalawar.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report duly signed by SHO, Police Station Kotwali, Distt. Jhalawar as per which after investigation, a negative final report No.80/2021 has been chalked out and the same has also been submitted before the Court concerned. The factual report be taken on record.

Thus, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view
of the subsequent development in the matter, the miscellaneous petition has rendered infructuous.
