Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant criminal misc. petition.

Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The stay petition also stands disposed of.

It is directed to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation along with the documents, if any, they desire to submit to the concerned Superintendent of Police within a period of 15 days from today. In the event, any such representation is submitted to the concerned Superintendent of Police, then he will minutely go through the averments made in the representation and then pass the necessary instruction to the Investigating Officer of this case.
