Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the Bank officials resulted into suicide of one Vinod Sankhala and the FIR was lodged on 16.10.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no direct involvement of the present petitioner, but he seeks limited relief of liberty for the petitioner to take up all his legal issues before the learned trial Court, at appropriate stage while getting the arrest warrant converted into bailable warrant.

This Court, looking to the peculiar factual matrix, particularly, the incident being of the year 2017 and relation between the deceased and the petitioner were of Bank colleagues, is inclined to disposed of the present petition with liberty for the petitioner to take up all his issues, before the learned trial Court,

at appropriate stage, while substituting the arrest warrant issued by the learned Trial Court by bailable warrant with the direction that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court on or before 23.01.2023 and furnish personal bond in sum of Rs.50,000/- along with two sureties of Rs.25,000/-.

On being satisfied, the learned trial Court shall accept the same and proceed in accordance with law.

The arrest warrants issued against the petitioner shall remain in abeyance till 23.01.2023. In case petitioner does not appear by 23.01.2023, the arrest warrants shall be enforced.

All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
