On last occasion dated 19.05.2023, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has submitted the factual report dated 08.05.2023, which is already on record. As per the factual report, offence was not found against the accused-petitioner No.5Manish Yadav.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise objections at the time of charge arguments.
