Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted factual report dated 06.07.2023, which is taken on record. As per the factual report, in FIR No.209/2020 registered at Police Station Dantaramgarh, District Sikar after investigation, the matter has been found to be of civil nature and the Negative Final Report has been submitted before the learned trial Court on 09.09.2021.
On last occasion dated 31.05.2023, no one was present on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners, even in second round.
