The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR No.373/2022, Police Station Goluwala, District Hanumangarh for offences under Sections 363 & 366 of IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 20.04.2023 received Police Station Goluwala, District Hanumangarh wherein it has been mentioned that after investigation, offences under Sections 354(D), 376(2)(N) of IPC, Section 5(L)/6 of POCSO Act and Sections 3(1)(W), 3(2)(Va) & 3(2)(V) of SC/ST Act has been added against the petitioner and he has already been arrested in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.
