The instant misc. petitions have been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.103/2020, PS Chopasni Housing Board, District Jodhpur for offences under Sections 420, 120-B IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 20.04.2023 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, Police is going to file FR in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, both the misc. petitions have become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.
Stay applications also dismissed.
