Heard the parties.
This petition is for quashing of the FIR No.0566/2022 registered with Police Station Kotwali (Dausa), District-Dausa for offences under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC.
The respondent No.2 is physically present in the Court and submits that the parties have entered into compromise.
Considering fate of the trial after compromise, continuance of criminal proceedings would be an abuse of the process of law.
