The present criminal misc. petitions under Sections 482 of Cr.P.C. have been preferred by the petitioners seeking quashment of FIR NO.101/2016 lodged at Police Station Padampur, District Sri Ganganagar for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC.

At the outset learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to file representation alongwith documentary and other evidence before the Superintendent of Police concerned and the Superintendent of Police concerned may be directed to decide the representation in accordance with law.

In view of limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present criminal misc. petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file representation alongwith documentary evidence before the Superintendent of Police concerned within a period of two weeks from today. In case such representation is filed by the petitioners, the Superintendent of Police concerned is directed to decide the same in accordance with law.

The stay applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
