Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Looking to the fact that charge sheet has already been produced against the petitioner- Omkar Sharma Alias Kalla under Sections 395, 397, 398, 307, 427 and 120B I.P.C. and trial has already been proceeded.
In view of the above, the present criminal misc. petition for quashing of F.I.R. has become infructuous and the same is therefore dismissed as having become infructuous.
