This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed with the prayer to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate to decide the criminal case No.36/2015 titled as State of Rajasthan Vs. Anant Sharma & Ors. expeditiously.
From perusal of the petition and the record, it is apparent that charge sheet was filed before the learned trial court on 18.12.2014 under Sections 498A and 406 I.P.C. and the matter is pending trial.
Looking to the above facts, I deem it proper to direct the concerned trial judge to expedite the proceedings pending in the criminal case No.36/2015 (C.I.S. No.830/2015 preferably within a period of six months, with this direction the present criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
