Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record factual report dated 18.10.2023 and submitted that investigating agency after making thorough investigation in connection with FIR No.261/2022 registered at Police Station Sujangarh, District Churu, has proposed a negative Final Report qua the present petitioners.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in view of the fact that negative Final Report has been proposed qua the present petitioners, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present misc. petition.
Consequently, the present criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
