The instant criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for fair investigation in FIR No.131/2023 lodged at Police Station Suratgarh, District Sriganganagar.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits a report dated 20.07.2023 received from the concerned Police Station, in which it is mentioned that after thorough investigation, Police is going to file final report before the competent Court in this case, therefore, the present misc. petition has become infructuous.
