Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present bail application. However, he seeks liberty to file a fresh bail application after the statement of Investigating Officer is recorded.
Accordingly, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty prayed for.
It is expected from the trial court that the statement of the Investigating Officer will be recorded on priority basis.
