Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present bail application at this stage and seeks liberty to file a fresh bail application after statements of Sona Devi (wife of the deceased-PW-3) are recorded.
Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
It is expected from the trial Court that the statements of Sona Devi (wife of the deceased-PW-3) will be recorded on priority basis.
