Late Shri Boduram Bunkar, against the impugned order dated 22.12.2022 passed by learned Court below for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 120B IPC in FIR No.211/2022 registered at Police Station Vishwakarma, District Jaipur City (West).

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that a false case has been foisted against the petitioners. The accused-

petitioners have nothing to do with the alleged offence. Learned counsel further submits that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and a compromise has already been executed in between them. Trial is likely to take long time to conclude. No fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the accusedpetitioners behind the bars till disposal of the case.

Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that he has no objection if the accused-petitioners are enlarged on bail in view of the compromise executed in between the parties. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this court deems it just and proper to enlarge the accusedpetitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners- Bhajanlal Bunkar Son Of Late Shri Boduram Bunkar & Gulabchand Bunkar Son Of Late Shri Boduram Bunkar, shall be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when they are called upon to do so.
