Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this anticipatory bail application and seeks liberty that the petitioner may be permitted to surrender before the trial court and file an application for bail.
Accordingly, the instant application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court on or before 19.05.2023 and file an application for bail and it is expected from the trial Court that the bail application will be decided as expeditiously as possible.
Till 19.05.2023, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.184/2022, Police Station Kotwali, Banswara for the offence under Section 8/15 and 29 of the NDPS Act.
