This Court vide order dated 02.02.2023 ordered that the petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of fifteen days from the date of his actual release.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after availing the benefit of interim bail for a period of fifteen days, the petitioner has surrendered before the concerned jail authorities.
Learned Public Prosecutor is not in a position to refute the aforesaid submission.
In view of the fact that after availing the benefit of interim bail, the petitioner has surrendered before the concerned jail authorities, the present Criminal Misc. Interim Bail Application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
