The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with FIR No.1010/2022 registered with Police Station Kotwali Alwar, District Alwar for offences under Sections 147, 149, 307, 452 and 427 of IPC and Sections 3 and 25 of Arms Act. Since both these cases arise out of the same FIR, they are decided by this common order.

For the incident of assault, there is a case and counter case.

There is general and omnibus allegation of firing, however, no

injuries were caused to anyone. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedents.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail applications.

Considering the facts aforesaid, this is not a fit case wherein the petitioner should be compelled to go to jail. Hence, it is directed that the petitioners be released on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail applications are allowed. It is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within two weeks, the petitioners above-named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of like amount on following conditions:-

(i) that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case;

(ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.
