Matter comes up on an application (I.A. No.1/2023) for seeking permission to withdraw the present Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.03.2023 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.3220/2023, but subsequently he filed the present bail application. So, he wants to withdraw the present bail application.
Therefore, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
