Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application but he prays that the petitioner may be permitted to surrender before the trial court.
Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the concerned trial court within a period of 15 days from today. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial court within stipulated period and files an application for regular bail, the trial court shall decide the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously.
