The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.364/2022 Police Station Lohawat, District Jodhpur for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is alleged that the petitioner and other co-accused attacked complainant Ram Singh, Bhanwar Singh and Rawal Singh and caused injuries to them. The matter is pending investigation under Sections 341, 343, 324 and 307/24 of I.P.C.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application.

I have considered the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order and the

injury report, in the injury report all the injuries are shown to be are simple in nature.

Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, without commenting on the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner - Narayan Ram S/o Mangi Lal, shall be enlarged on bail in FIR No.364/2022 Police Station Lohawat, District Jodhpur provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial court for his appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
