Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to demonstrate that the dispute between the parties was only pertaining to the rent of the taxi, in which the lady was regularly coming as a school teacher. He submits that though there are nine injuries but eight are simple in nature.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that just because of altercation between the parties, the allegation of rape have been levelled.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a clear contradiction is made out in the statement of the prosecutrix rendered under Section 161 Cr.P.C.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that allegations are specific and there are injuries.

This Court, after hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the material available on record, is not inclined to grant bail to the present petitioner.
Consequently, the present misc. bail application is dismissed.
