These bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.106/2022 registered at Police Station Dug, District Jhalawar for the offence(s) under Section(s) 341, 392 of IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in these cases. They further submit that the accused-petitioners are in judicial custody since long and the conclusion of the trial will take long time, hence the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has opposed the same.
Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the cases, but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the cases, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
Therefore, these bail applications are allowed and accused-petitioners namely, 1. Prem Singh S/o Gokul Singh 2. Rahul Dholi S/o Laluram are ordered to be released on bail provided each of them
furnishes a personal bond in the sum of
