The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 233/2022 of Police Station Railmagra, District Rajsamand, for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC. She has preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners for committing the offence alleged and no recovery is to be made from the petitioners.
