The instant bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 238/2022 registered at Police Station Chirawa District Jhunjhunu for the offence(s) under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427 of IPC.

Heard the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the fact that in the instant matter:-

(i) that as per the medical report, grievous injuries are reflected on the person of the victim.

¶17

(ii) that the role of the accused-applicant, is distinguishable from that from that of the co-accused, who have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 22.09.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this court.

(iii) that a plethora of criminal antecedents, of similar nature are reflected against the accused-applicant, which are reproduced herein-under:-
