In the statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. she has admitted that she went with the petitioner to Jodhpur and lived there in rented premises. Learned counsel further submits that charge-sheet in this case has been filed. Learned counsel also contended that the petitioner was arrested on 19.10.2022 and since then the petitioner is behind the bars and conclusion of trial will take long time and, therefore, he may be enlarged on bail.
