Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

¶14

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, hence this bail application is rejected.

¶15

However, the petitioners are permitted to surrender before the concerned trial court on or before 24.04.2023 and file an application for regular bail and it is expected from the concerned trial court that the bail application will be decided on the same day in accordance with law.

¶16

Till 24.04.2023, the petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.449/2022, PS Kotwali Pali, District Pali for offence under Sections 147, 323, 341, 307, 506 & 325 IPC.
