Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

¶14

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, this bail application is rejected.

¶15

However, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the concerned trial court on or before 24.4.2023 and file an application for regular bail and it is expected from the concerned trial court that the bail application will be decided on the same day in accordance with law.

Till 24.4.2023, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.611/2022 lodged at Police Station Ratangarh, District Churu for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 34 of the IPC.
