dated 11.08.2023 and 22.06.2023 respectively and the case of the present accused-petitioner is not distinguishable from the case of the co-accused who have already been released on bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. He further submits that no case for the alleged offences is made out against him/her and his incarceration is not warranted. There are no factors at play in the case at hand that may work against grant of bail to the accusedpetitioner and he/she has been made an accused based on conjectures and surmises.
