Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this anticipatory bail application but seeks liberty that the petitioner may be permitted to surrender before the trial court and file an application for bail.
Accordingly, the instant application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court on or before 12.10.2023 and file an application for bail. It is expected from the trial Court that the bail application will be decided as expeditiously as possible.
Till 12.10.2023, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.51/2023 registered at Police Station Karda District Jalore for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC.
