It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 11.05.2023, rendered in S.B. Criminal Misc. 2nd Bail Application No.1132/2023 (Harpreet Singh Vs. State) and S.B. Criminal Misc. 2nd Bail Application No.15953/2022 (Ajay Pal Singh & Anr. Vs. State), due to some typographical error, some discrepancies have crept in the order.
For the reason aforesaid, the order dated 11.05.2023 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. 2nd Bail Application No.1132/2023 (Harpreet Singh Vs. State) and S.B. Criminal Misc. 2nd Bail Application No.15953/2022 (Ajay Pal Singh & Anr. Vs. State) is corrected in the original order itself. The original order dated 11.05.2023 is directed to be off-loaded and the corrected order dated 11.05.2023 is directed to be uploaded.
The hard copy of the original order dated 11.05.2023 be kept in the ‘D’ part of the file.
