1 . Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.
2 . The instant criminal misc. application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of the interim bail granted to him by this Court vide order dated 17.03.2023 in SB Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No.2744/2023, for a period of fourteen days from 27.03.2023 to 09.04.2023 on the ground that marriage of the petitioner’s sister is scheduled on 14.04.2023.
3 . Learned Public Prosecutor, has placed on record a verification report dated 06.04.2023 as per which, the fact regarding marriage of sister of the petitioner which is going to be scheduled on 14.04.2023, is found to be true.

4 . The verification report dated 06.04.2023 placed on record by the learned Public Prosecutor, is taken on record.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, this Court is of the opinion, that the application for extension of interim bail filed on behalf of the petitioner, deserves to be accepted. The petitioner Vinod Kumar S/o Shankar Lal is granted extension on the interim bail granted to him vide order dated 17.03.2023 for a period of 15 days, i.e. from 06.04.2023 to 21.04.2023 and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned trial court on 21.04.2023. This order of extension of bail is granted on the same terms and conditions enumerated in the order dated 17.03.2023.
