The present application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking extension of period of interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.6.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide interim order dated 14.6.2023, the petitioner was granted interim bail from 14.6.2023 to 5.7.2023, but the physical condition of the petitioner was not good and there was no change in his health condition, therefore, the applicant had earlier preferred an application for extension of time and this Court directed the applicant to surrender till 25.7.2023.
It is further submitted that now in the biopsy report large homogerm dense has been noted by the doctors and therefore, the applicant requires further treatment. It is further submitted

that the petitioner is indoor patient in AIIMS Hospital for further treatment.
In view of the above, it is prayed that the application may be allowed and the time for surrendering may be extended.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record as well as the copies of the medical history of the petitioner produced by the learned counsel for the applicant.
Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is allowed. The petitioner may now surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on 16.8.2023 at 4.00 PM. The order dated 14.6.2023 is modified to that extent only.
