- Upon perusal of the judgment impugned, it is revealing that in a prosecution launched at the behest of the petitioner, the learned trial court acquitted the accused by giving benefit of doubt after critical analysis of the evidence brought on record, which in my view requires to be appreciated against and therefore, there appears reasonable grounds to allow the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment.
