Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report received from SHO PS. Mantown, Sawai Madhopur whereby it is intimated that appellant Shivdas Meena died on 20.01.2017. Another report was also received from learned District Judge, Sawai Madhopur along with verification and certificate of village panchayat confirming the fact that appellant Shivdas has already died.
