This application has been filed by the applicant for restoration of SB Civil Misc. Appeal No.737/2013 which stands dismissed in terms of the peremptory order dated 20.12.2016 on 09.1.2017 and applicant has also filed an application for dispensing with the service of respondent Nos. 1 & 4 in appeal.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the restoration application is allowed.
Accordingly, the restoration application is allowed and service of notice upon respondents No.1 & 4 is hereby dispensed with.
It is directed that the SB Civil Misc. Appeal No.737/2013 be restored to its original number.
The SB CMA No. 737/2013 is referred to ensuing National Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 09.09.2023, as prayed.
