The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of the S.B. Civil Cross Objection First Appeal No.2/2008 which was dismissed vide order dated 18.11.2022 for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 06.09.2022.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
The Civil Cross Objection First Appeal is restored to its original number.
