Shri Sunil Bhandari, learned counsel representing the Department submits that the State Government, Commercial Taxes Department has issued an order/circular dated 14.10.2022 taking a decision to withdraw/not contest litigation where the disputed amount involved is less than Rs.15 lacs. He has moved an application for withdrawal of the revision petition on the basis of said order.
