Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file the same before the Division Bench under Section 13 (1-A) of the Commercial Court Act, 2015.

The civil misc. appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. However, the interim order granted by this Court on 05.03.2019 shall remain in currency for a period of 15 days or till the petition is placed before the Division Bench.
