An application has been filed seeking correction/modification in the order dated 05.01.2023 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7467/2013.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that inadvertently, in the order dated 05.01.2023, the name of learned counsel for the respondents is shown as “Mr. Shailendra Bohra”, whereas it should have been “Mr. Sunil Beniwal, AAG with Mr. Shailendra Gwala”. He, therefore, prays that the name of the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents may be corrected in the order dated 05.01.2023 passed by this Court.

The application is allowed. The name of the counsel appearing for the respondents in the order dated 05.01.2023 be read as “Mr. Sunil Beniwal, AAG with Mr. Shailendra Gwala” instead of “Mr. Shailendra Bohra”.
