An application has been preferred in the matter with the submission that the parties have entered into an amicable settlement through mediation and a memorandum of the settlement has been executed between them which was placed before the Hon’ble Apex Court wherein the special leave petition against the interim order dated 11.09.2020 was pending.
It has been submitted that as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties through mediation, the Court fee of Rs.63190/- tendered along with the present leave to appeal may be refunded to the applicant.

In view of the submissions made, the application is allowed. It is hereby directed that the Court fee amounting to Rs.63190/as tendered by the applicant-Hari Ram along with the present leave to appeal be refunded to him in terms of law.
