Learned counsel for the respondents has produced an order dated 10.05.2023, for perusal of this Court, whereby the financial sanction has been granted to pay the amount of Rs.3,50,745/(principal amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and interest of Rs.50,745/-) to the present petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have also drawn ‘Contingent (FVC) Bill (Inner Sheet)’ for the said amount in favour of the present petitioner.
This Court, in view of order dated 22.03.2022, finds that the substantial compliance of the order has been made by the respondents and as such, the contempt petition deserves to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. Notices stand discharged.
