In this contempt petition, now an additional affidavit has been filed in which it has been stated that in compliance of the order dated 15.12.2021 a Survey team was constituted vide order dated 02.12.2022. Survey was conducted.

Excluding the lands in respect of which status-quo/interim order has been passed by this Court, encroachments made by 13 encroachers towards the land situated at Khasra No.1752 in

village Kotra Dhehar, Tehsil Hindaun City, District Karauli has been removed by demolition.

In support of this, there is a compliance report dated 15.12.2021 annexed with the additional affidavit, has been placed on record. Photographs have also been placed on record showing the demolition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the additional affidavit has been filed today and therefore, he may be granted time to verify.

The compliance is pursuant to the direction issued by this Court to examine and enquire into allegations of the contempt.

In view of the reply and additional affidavit filed by the respondents, we are satisfied that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and therefore, we are not inclined to keep pending the present matter.

Therefore, the case is closed.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of. All the pending applications also stand disposed of.
