Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has complied the order and given a cheque of Rs.89018/dt.8.12.2022 to learned counsel for the petitioner. He submitted a copy of the said cheque which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue is regarding interest as this amount has been paid after a long delay.
I have perused order dt.22.1.2019 passed by this court.
Since, there was no direction for payment of interest on due amount, no contempt, as alleged is made out.
Therefore the contempt petition stands disposed of.
Notices stand discharged.
