The matter has come up on an application for restoration of the petition.
For the reasons stated in the memo of the application for restoration and upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant; this court deems it just and proper to recall the orders dated 14.08.2019 and 26.09.2019.
Consequently, the restoration application is hereby allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), which is to be deposited by the applicant with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur, within a period of one week. Orders dated 14.08.2019 and 26.09.2019, are hereby recalled.
Petition is restored to its original number.
