The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.67/2022 registered at Police Station Kishangarh Bas, District Bhiwadi for the offence(s) under Section 420, 365 & 397 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submitted that the accused-applicant is a young boy aged about 23 years and is falsely implicated in the present matter. Accused-applicant has no criminal antecedent and the matter is triable by Magistrate. The accused-applicant is willing to join investigation and abide by any and all the conditions which may be imposed.

Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. He has submitted that investigation may be hampered if the present application is allowed.

Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the matter is triable by

Magistrate; that accused-applicant is a young boy aged about 25 years with no criminal antecedents and that he is ready to join investigation and looking to the overall facts and circumstances, but without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the case, this court deems it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Kishangarh Bas, District Bhiwadi in F.I.R. No. 67/2022 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicant- Sundra Lal @ Sunder Lal Son Of Ram Singh , he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes as personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the

following conditions:-

(i) that the applicant shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

(iii) that the applicant shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
