Heard on application for extension of time for compliance of the order dated 03.12.2021.
Taking into consideration the submission of learned State counsel and the nature of exercise that is required to be undertaken by the respondents which is lis to the matter, we are inclined to extend the time for a further period of three months from the date of expiry of period of three months as directed earlier vide order dated 03.12.2021.
The application is accordingly disposed off.
