This PIL seeks judicial intervention in the matter of establishment of solar power plant at the location (Sambhar Lake) which issue is pending consideration in pending D.B. Civil Writ (PIL) Petition No. 6539/2017 (Suo Moto Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), wherein, from time to time orders have been passed by this Court, one of such order was passed by this Court on 25.01.2022.

Had there been no other PIL pending, as has been mentioned above, we would have allowed the petitioner to separately raise the issue in a separate petition.
In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to allow more than one PIL to deal with the same issue. This writ petition is, therefore, disposed off with the liberty to the petitioner to intervene in the pending PIL.
