Present application has been filed by respondent No. 2, for extension of time to deposit the enhanced amount of cost in pursuance of order dated 10.01.2022.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The period for deposition of cost of Rs. 10,000/-, directed by this court to be deposited by 05.02.2022, is extended, if the same is deposited within seven days from today.
